Hierarchy.classification_markers(name)

Provides markers used in one Classification node paired with the high-confidence definitions for each of its Subset nodes.

Parameters:

name (str) – The name of the classification node to query

Return type:

Tuple[List[str], Dict[str, List[int]]]

Returns:

• markers – The list of markers used

• hc_subsets – The list of definitions for each subset
